The Percy Jackson sequel wraps filming in Vancouver this Saturday as production moves down to New Orleans to film Sea of Monsters scenes on the Gulf Coast. So I’m working on a wrapup of the two-month shoot here for my #YVRShoots series. For Logan Lerman fans, the highlight had to be the two to three weeks of filming in Robert Burnaby Park in Burnabyon the Camp Half-Blood sets. And for us older Nathan Fillion fans, the highlight had to be his cameo as a UPS courier

Nathan Fillion and the Cast of PercyJackson 2 at The UPS Store Set in Vancouver
Those of us standing outside the prop The UPS Store at Pender & Abbott in downtown Vancouver couldn’t see much inside but clearly Logan Lerman had a great time shooting the scene with Nathan Fillion. Percy Jackson and pals cross Pender (dressed as Monroe St NW in the District of Columbia), enter The UPS store and line up at the counter to pick up a package which will give them what they need to head into the Sea of Monsters to find the mythical golden fleece and save Camp Half-Blood from attack by monsters, the second in the Percy Jackson and the Olympians franchise
